Crappy Boring Stuff

Yesterday, someone in Australia did a google search for "crappy boring stuff" and MY BLOG CAME UP IN THE NUMBER ONE SPOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WooHoo!! Not only #1, but #1 out of about 1,230,000!! I am truly honored. Isn't Site Meter just the coolest thing ever?

It's funny though, as last night when I was sitting in my chair flipping from channel to channel to channel and finding nothing to watch, I was blogging in my head about this:

I admit it, I am boring and lately, I think, although it seems impossible, that I have become even MORE boring. Over the three day weekend, I spent most of my time either cleaning or writing a paper for my management class. My house hasn't been this clean for a good while now. But it was easy to justify not working on the paper if I was cleaning. Paper got done and I handed it in. House looks good. And that makes me feel good. This week, I have ZERO papers to work on. The only homework I have is reading and a worksheet. Yippee.

Kt and I did watch a couple of movies and of course, Battlestar Galactica. And ate Chinese Food to ring in the Year of the Pig.

Well, I must work now. But I promise more crappy boring stuff soon.

North Dakota in DESPERATE Need of Entertainment

Oh the suspense is just killing me! Will North Dakotans be able to reclaim the honor of holding the world record for number of simultaneous snow angels?



I won't be participating in this event. I have to work at the crap job til 11. And I don't care HOW much snow we have on the ground right now, there is no way in hell I'm going to lay down on the lawn of the capitol grounds. I have seen the dog shit that inconsiderate dog owners leave laying around here and I'm not laying in it. Oh yeah, and I just don't care.

North Dakota Weather Bites!

It's frakkin' 30 below right now. WTF? Supposed to get up to 18 above today, but I'm skeptical. Tomorrow is supposed to be 30 above, but the wind is supposed to blow 40 mph.

My parents are in Cancun. I hate them right now.

In other news: Somebody thinks I'm funky! I think he's rather funky, too.

Blogging Naked

Well, here I sit in my bedroom, blogging from my home computer for the very first time. I could be naked, but I'm not. It's too frakkin' cold here to do anything naked. It's even been difficult to shower naked. The weather people say we should be back into the 30's by Friday, but I don't think I believe them.

School is going well. Got midterm grades last week. They were okay except I have an A- in employment law. %#*^! But, I do have the highest grade in the class. Gotta get rid of that - though! Also got my schedule for next quarter. I'm going to drop back down to 2 classes. I'm really stressed out right now and just need a break. I also want to move this spring, so I'll need the time to get packed and stuff.

Tb and I are speaking again. One night after class I decided one of us needed to be a grown-up, so I stopped by his place of employment. He had already left for the night, but someone told him I had stopped in and he called me the next night. So, we've had a couple of conversations. He is in school, living with a male friend from high school, has a girlfriend (she sounds like a nice girl), got his own cell phone, hasn't paid the bill cuz the number no longer works and I need to get some of his mail to him ASAP. Frak. Left him a valentine in his car last night with a "call me" message in it....so far, no call. Guess I'll have to stop in and see him after class tomorrow night.

It's Valentine's Day and I don't have a sweetheart, again. Getting used to that. Dammit. Oh well, Kt and I went to our favorite bar and had a drink after work. Then we rushed to our respective homes so we could do the Pop Culture quiz on VH-1. It didn't work. Gotta try back at 9. Hope that one will! Who knows? Maybe I'll be on tv next month showing my stellar knowledge about useless information! yah right.

Maybe next time I blog it will be warm enough to do it naked.
